Context — one report, many audiences 

OCA’s Annual Report 2024 needed to serve policy stakeholders, partners, brands and the wider public with clear impact, credible data and an accessible reading experience. The online edition opens with programme highlights (including “over 100,000 farmers onboarded” for the 2024–2025 season), followed by Key Numbers and a structured journey through Mission & Vision, an Executive Director foreword (video), Impact pillars, Organisation & People, and Partners & Contributors

We worked alongside OCA to pressure-test the storyline, refine the information architecture, and apply design craft so complex content reads simply — without losing depth. 

Narrative spine & IA — hero highlights → Key Numbers → Mission/VisionForeword (video)Impact (five pillars) → governance and partners.  

  • Data & content modules — compact number blocks for participation, procurement, premiums and profit signals; short intros per pillar with clear “why it matters”.  
  • Video integrationExecutive Director foreword embedded for context and tone.  
  • Accessibility & responsiveness — typographic hierarchy, contrast, spacing and component rules to keep reading easy on mobile and desktop. 
  • Authorship preserved — the voice remains OCA’s; we provide quiet rigour and design judgement behind the scenes.   

The system — clear, credible, repeatable 

The online-first report uses consistent components for headings, statements, numbers, and calls-to-action; impact is grouped under five stable categories (Farmer Resilience; Access to Seeds; Scaling Organic; Impact Data; Convening the Sector), making it easier to navigate, cite, and extend in future seasons. The Partners & Contributors section recognises the coalition behind the work and invites continued collaboration.

Note: The 2024 edition is digital-first. Print/PDF masters can be produced from the same system when needed for board or donor distribution.
